You need to get everything documented every time she does . I would make a complaint to corporate by email and certified letter in which they have to sign for
Idk. I worked at a place for eight years. Never had issues. New management came feom a different stote and had major issues. Talked to upper management several times, never changed anything because that manager was friends with his girlfriend who worked in the same company but different location and was the same position as him so she was also their direct manager. I decided to walk after my manager tried to get physical. He is still working there to this day.
Document everything, times dates and whatever you did legally. Then when they pipe up again, gather it up and walk in their office, screw the appointments, shut it down and prove it to them. Then go see the president, CEO or the owners . They have no control at that point so they have to get their shit together. Know your in and outside and the higher ups you can see. You got balls, stanima and initiative to go over their heads. After that point they shouldn't mess with you again. If they do strike back. Don't quit, they will love that. I did that to my last company and they won't bother me again. My ship foreman even said I never had anyone took the initiative to walk in my office and do what you did. I liked that.
You definitely sound like someone who stands up for yourself and refuses to be pushed around. Documenting everything and knowing your rights can really make a difference in situations like that. A lot of people stay quiet, so I can see why your foreman respected the confidence and initiative you showed. Sometimes companies only start listening when they realize someone is serious and prepared.
Stay in your lane.
Easy. Quit and sue them for a hostile work environment. Should be able to get unemployment. Or go to HR report it as hostile work environment so it's on record and if they fire you even better. Get unemployment and lawyer up.
Document in detail these occurrences- date, time, what was said and done, witnesses, etc. If your supervisor is chummy with middle or upper management HR probably won't do much for you. But keep records in case you want to lawyer up.
No comment I don’t know where all this stuff come from people blowing out of steam about something this ain’t none of me thank you
Document everything names, dates, time & details. First rule of thumb HR works for and supports the company you also work for. HR will protect the company, not you.
Next, find yourself a very hungry employment attorney. I work in a toxic environment, I work my scheduled shift and go home. The drama, cliques, lack of respect, verbal threats of termination, lack of managerial leadership (incompetence rises unfortunately), I do my utmost to ignore all of it. I wish you much luck. These days workers who have a very good work ethic and do their best are the most abused from my experience. The workers who work very hard at hardly working are the future managers.
