Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

I work in management in another industry, and maintaining professionalism is essential for building trust and credibility. The tone of your responses could unintentionally shift attention away from your concerns about the employee and toward the way the situation is being handled.
That sounds pretty awful. If I'm understanding this correctly, your bonus was vaporized and turned into more of an insult than a bonus. I assume you'll be looking for a better job.
I quit a job for that exact same "slap in the face" years ago...now im being pursued and recently was offered $3 more than the current pay.
Hit your target next time. If you feel strongly that the targets are not obtainable, then address your concerns and show data which indicates the targets and goal are not inline with the market. Complaining without a plan or data to suggest your complaints are valid will nearly always fall on deaf ears.

I once got a $0.29 bonus. Boss was embarrassed telling us.
Is that profit annually?
How many employees work in that store? What do you think is a fair dollar amount bonus or percentage bonus on a monthly basis? Have you and the other employees brought these facts to mgmt attention, along with why you all feel you deserve more for the work you do?
Also, is this bonus you are mentioning, or commission? Do you get a separate commission amount, and what is it?
Is this a MONTHLY bonus?? Otherwise that seems criminally low for anyone CD to get as a bonus
don't worry, it is worse to being forced to not work. So just hang in there, they yourself a bit of a forced fake story about people that get bonuses are sold outs and then continue.
