While in most of the companies I am able to perform well in interviews, I think I lack in salary negotiation.
The highest I am getting is 22.5 lpa for PM role , YOE : 4 in Pm.cctc : 13 lpa

Need help deciding if this offer is worth moving for. Received an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for an Associate level Sr. Systems Engineer in Los Angeles for $135k base. I countered $150k and a $15k singing bonus and asked if I could be brought on as a lead associate since I've been a lead/manager for a while in my current company.
Current company TC: $125k in Utah.
YOE: 7 with M.S. and MBA

I currently have another offer from a different company that has a slightly higher salary, sign on bonus, end of year bonus. But the job itself is not something that I can grow in.
I am going to continue recruiting but one is hybrid and the other isnt. The hybrid comp is the one that reduced my salary by x…..so I feel like I can easily recruit with that offer than another.

Move on. To put it in blunt terms, they want you at least 16% less than they did before, so you should reciprocate by wanting them 16% less plus a premium penalty for bad form. While there are few guarantees in the US, voting with your feet is your privilege in an at-will work environment.
