Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Just chill it doesn’t matter. If questioned about it you can explain.

Since you weren’t paid, there’s no pay stub
But have a point of contact at both your university and the partner companies to verify and confirm to the third party background check firm that you did that and have that experience
I did the same but I was clear with the mentioning in my resume. I remember using the phrase “student researcher - data science” or something like that and it didn’t cause any trouble. I think you should be fine too!
Just to get some peace of mind, try to get an experience letter (from their official email and print copy in their letter head) stating that you worked with them. I was in a similar boat, the company I worked for, shut down operations a year since I started grad school. I had the paystubs, but not for all months. I pulled some strings and got a letter from the then CIO of the company.

Did you call it volunteer work? Unpaid intern? Intern?

Should be fine
I think you will be fine. Whenever a question comes up during a background check and it is something small like that (aka not withholding info about an arrest or something) I think they’ll just ask for an explanation and move along. Had a similar thing happen when I started at big 4 and it was fine :)
