On one hand, closed mouths don’t get fed! You can always ask about more money, find out when reviews are normally handled, and maybe get an idea of what annual raises look like. You could also see where you stand with your performance. In most management positions, raises are performance based and handled once a year.
Depends on the company and your role. If you've taken on a lot of extra work and are knocking things out of the park, you might be able to secure a raise. I wouldn't expect it though. The rule of thumb is to wait a year before asking for a raise.

I normally only bring it up during the normal end of year review process. my company does it in April so I always wait until then to discuss
