So I’ve been looking for a job since august and have had a bunch of interviews but never got the job. I always thought I was a good at interviews, but I’ve started really questioning that. I feel like I have solid experience and have always been managed by either GADs or CCD so have worked and been exposed to things that you don’t necessarily expect someone at my level (AD/SAM) to have worked on. Anyways, I’m curious to hear how you guys talk about/sell yourselves during interviews? Any tips?

I’ve had 4 or so sales interviews and I just can’t close on the interview. Also looking into marketing and market access roles too. I had a market access interview last week at Sanofi but they did mention they’re interviewing others…

I am far along in the interview process for a job I want (meeting with Chief Legal Officer next week), but am still accepting other interviews until I have a formal offer. However, I have an interview scheduled for early this week where, after further research, I don’t think I would be very happy. H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

This feels like unfair practice. Is it common? What should be my approach?

I just graduated and I have made it pass the third interview which was a two part working interview that I will receive compensation for. I have BS degree in healthcare professions and wanted to know if 40k is too low of salary to start off as a compliance officer for a pharmacy that provides discounted medications. My 3-person team spends about 15+ hours a month each writing monthly reports for our clients (99 small retainer clients). We’ve received feedback that they’re too complicated and the clients just want to know - are we on the right track, what action items are there, and what any next steps are in their strategy.
How do you simplify without losing value?

Is there such a thing as getting promoted TOO quickly? Just got the bump to AS after 10 months as an AE. Not at all typical at my agency (usually 5 to 8 YOE).
