So I’ve officially had a MOPs title about a year and a half, but I have over 10 years experience in digital marketing ops and strategy. I’m at $90k right now and was rebuffed when asking for a raise. My expertise lies in marketing automation (Pardot to be specific). I think I’m worth $115k-$125k. Does that seem unrealistic?

I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be.
