So what is going on in the job market? Submit an application and resume to receive no response and then the position is reposted on all job boards. Lucky to land an interview and the recruiter leads the candidate to believe the interview went well and that they will be in touch with next steps to only be ghosted and an ominous email saying another candidate was chosen. I suppose I am at a loss and looking to see if others have had this experience!
