Hi All, I'm a senior associate consultant with 5.6yrs of experiences of overall experience in Telecom Industry.
Tech stacks - 3 years in Java,
1.5 years in spring boot,
3 years in kenan billing system.
My current package is 11lpa, completed 2.5 years in Infosys which is my second company (first- Accenture). If I switch now what will be package I can get as per current market trend. Need geniune suggestions as this might be the next big step in my career.

Does anyone here freelance on the side? How do you price yourself? I work in data science and so my w2 pays me $300k so around $150hr when broken down to hourly.
