Some agencies are super collaborative, and others arent as much.
Very curious what we think of work that has like 2 mid level teams on the credits, 2 acd teams, a cd team, and 5 ecds.
Is that just something thats spoken to in interviews? Are creatives on projects like that less marketable? Is it bad from a creative’s perspective to be on projects like that? Any and all opinions are welcome

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. In the meanwhile i have an offer from BT offering 90k for 4 yrs of experience which seems to be fair. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
