Splurged on a ReMarkable 2 and love this thing. As someone who normally takes a lot of hand written notes and has paper everywhere, the RM2 helps me stay better organized. The screen sharing and cloud backup options are great too. Awesome device for a consultant. AMA about the device.

Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

How is this different from an iPad Pro?
It is nothing like an iPad. It feels like writing on paper. It's E-ink and is very good at what it does, BUT it is not an iPad. It isn't meant to run additional apps, take photos, etc. It's just for writing/drawing or using as an E-reader.
Just bought one. Used your code.🙏

Wouldn't the cloud backup options be against most firms' data policies?
I would assume. You can choose what gets backed up. I mostly use the email functionality to convert my notes to text and send them to myself. You can also transfer files over USB.
Also worth noting that for some features you need to download an app on your phone or PC, which may also be blocked by your employer.
I’ve not used the screen share feature yet - is it relatively straight forward to do?
Yeah it's easy if you have the app. There are also workarounds to use it like a graphic tablet with built in Windows software if you can't use the app.
