Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

I am in Team A and I work for projects handled in Team B. A handles a completely different product than B. I have been strategically placed in A as I'm in a quality related role & they didn't want me be reporting to the same manager as the project team

Now my concern is, my manager at A doesn't have any insight about my role, or how I perform, or what kind of opportunities that can be given me
How do I politely convey this concern to him?

(He is a first time manager & I just joined recently)

I’m honestly tired of being at an agency and not feeling as fulfilled as I used with strategy as a career. I have about 7-8 years of sales experience and have consistently out performed my OTE. I absolutely love my current role but I feel like I have out grown the company as there isn't a ton of opportunity to make more than I am currently making.

I opened up my LinkedIn to recruiters but all the offers are 60-70k base and 120-140k OTE. I am shooting for MINIMUM 80k base but ideally 100k or more.
