When you're paired with a nasty client, do you kill'em with kindness? Or give them that passive aggressive "don't know what you're talkin' about" routine...

Kill them with kindness. Have worked with multiple "nasties" and this approach had a the highest rate of success.

@deloitte3 Just stay positive and calm. Also, if you can pass the buck to D&T or client upper mgmt, that helps too. Overall, make sure Mr/Ms Nasty knows that you understand and are sorry for any possible inconvenience to their oh so valuable time.

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

Hi guys,

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation
