Looking for advice fish fam. Deloitte vs EY-P. Same level - Manager/Director. EY-P pays $50k more for base and maybe $10 to $20k more as bonus. Currently at Deloitte. Is the extra $60-$70k worth giving up my network? Plan to stay in Consulting and hope to make SM/SD. I have a family and my wife is a homemaker. So money does matter. Would have left easily for an $80k bump. Wouldn’t leave for $30k or less. Don’t know what to do with $60k. Pulling my hair out here. HELP Please!!!

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?

I make $4000/M after taxes and max 401K and spend about $2400 for all fixed costs (rent, utilities, etc). Evaluating two offers in tech. I live in Atlanta and was offered 155k salary and 122k RSU $10k sign on No annual bonus. Another tech company offered $170k and 165k RSU WITH 10% annual bonus but it’s based in California. What are y’all’s thoughts, I hadn’t planned on relocations but could if it’d worth it
