Standard bonus % for first year senior consultant who got a 3? Federal if that matters.

I will be joining EY GDS in August 2021. There's a pay component "Advanced Statutory Bonus" of around 26k per annum. Any idea what this is? Is it truly fixed or will depend on firm's performance?

Has any firm in Canada reverted back from salary freezes during Covid? Aka gone back to pre-COVID salary bands. This question may be more for the strategy shops....I.e. I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?
