Making himself at home in my home office!

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Sit 100% of the time. Please take my $800 standing desk away.
Honestly same as D1, almost never stand. I played myself
25% stand
Basically stand for two 1 hour meetings per day.
So the novelty wears off real quick. Thanks guys for saving me $1000. Gonna YOLO it on ETH instead.
Same!!! When we were in the office I actually used my standing desk. At home, literally never. I tell myself it’s because I just naturally move around the house more so I don’t need it. Maybe true or maybe it’s just sweatpants life. We may never know!
99.99% sit. I tried standing once when I first got it.
F*ck, just bought one..
Did you guys use standing mattresses too?

I stand quite often. Probably 30% of the time and I've had it over 2 years. Helps my back
50%, 50%. You are supposed to sit 30 min and then stand 30 min
Get a under desk treadmill. I sometimes walk or stand all day
Any you'd recommend? Saw a bunch of random brands on Amazon.
It helps to schedule stand time - eg 11-12. I love mine!!
Depends but around 70% stand and 30% sit.

I stand during every meeting. So some days I stand more than I sit and others I only stand for an hour or two. It’s great for “Stand Up” meetings 😂. Also, make sure to buy a mat/pad for your feet that you can move around on a stretch on. This makes it better to stand up.
Literally same. Hardly ever stand. If I do it’s for a short time before my lower back starts hurting 😂
I stand about 30-50% every day, the rest I "sit" but on one of these height adjustable ergonomic stool things from IKEA so the desk is still up quite high and my posture still way better than in a regular sitting position.
