What’s BCG digital ventures comp model like?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

That’s a tough spot to be in. While I agree that it would probably help you tolerate things, I wonder if a raise/promotion would solve the problem. I’d also consider looking into having a resourcing discussion to find out whether there’s possibility to bring in some help.
Maybe this isn’t helpful, but my recommendation would be to share honestly where you’re at in terms of workload, and accurately reflect your utilization in your timesheets. Then continue the conversation frankly and see where it goes

That may have been on you to ask who else will be PMing along side you. Ask for some mid level PM’s to come on.
