My manager is honest, but at the same time always says bad things about other teams and employees and also is very negative about people who don’t like to come to the office even though the company doesn’t mandate it. She has little empathy on people and thinks that people need to get their shits done by working overtime. Some people are rude and very difficult to work with but she let them be as she thinks they have the skills
