Started in aug. 2022 at 180k; raise to 205k in January 2023 and 20 k bonus (so within 6 months). Then a year later in January 2024, I got a raise only to 225k and another 20k bonus (so a smaller raise even though it was for a year). I didn’t hit my hours by like 20 hours. Does this basically suggest they’re dinging me for not making my hours?

I recently bought a house (In my hometown), I am not staying there. It is currently on rent. I am getting Rent as 50% of the total Home loan EMI of that house. And it is equivalent to the rent that I am paying at my current location in another city.

Question is: Should I do yearly loan prepayments from my annual bonus to reduce the EMI amount or should I keep the loan going as it is and invest yearly bonus in share market or gold.

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!
