Started interview process for a manager role mid-Jan. Finished 3rd round by Feb-end. Radio silence up till last week. Recruiter informed that the business needs for the role have shifted and they will reach out with more information in upcoming weeks. No ETA. On the portal it still shows “in interview”. What should I be expecting? Could really use some advice. I see other roles too that I might be a really good fit for.

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support.
