Starting my 1st SAP implementation project. What is a good certificate to go for? I have accounting background.

Considering digital agencies but I’m not sure what level Visual Design Lead is? Is it the equivalent of a Sr Designer? Sr Art Director? Creative Director? Design Director?

Any PMMs or SPMMs here willing to have a quick informational call to chat careers? I’m considering switching from typical PR agency career path to PMM and want to weigh pros/cons of making the jump, as well as ID the best ways to fill gaps in my knowledge and prepare to apply.

Recent career-switcher here. While I’m a veteran with the ad process, I am new to the UX agile process. Is it normal to not use briefs whatsoever? Is it normal for the UX research lead to have a stakeholder workshop (sans designers) to think of concept “thought starters,” then have a separate meeting with the UX design lead to vote on which 1 of 3 concepts to proceed with? In advertising, this is analogous to the client and researchers doing the campaign idea then telling the CD to execute it.

Do any of y’all end up spending more time as a counsellor/life coach to your client rather than a lawyer?

I have two offers one from Wipro and another one from IBM with similar packages. Wipro have variable payout but IBM don't have it.
