Getting clients for a new company can be tricky. As no one know about it. However best way is to use your contacts in the industry to get some leads. You can make a profile on upwork/other freelance platforms and start applying for gigs there, the key here is to be quick as often people are loaded with applications and pay attention to the ones at the top of the list. Apart from that cold email is still one of the best marketing channels. You can look for some mid size companies on linkedin in your city which might have a use case for salesforce and try to get some emails addresses of employees (there are websites which give you work email, google it) and send them a cold email with your portfolio that confirms your competence. In the beginning leads are mostly generated by contacting prospects manually and then later word of mouth works well, so try to get mentioned on your cleints websites or get mentioned on 3rd party websites/blogs /listing pages which attracts people from your target group. 2-3 good mentions can often become good lead magnets for starting. Hope this helps :)

OK, a little tough love here... You say you're starting a consulting company, as opposed to just going out in your own as an independent. I'm not sure how far into it you are, but if you are already stuck on the step where you need to generate leads for your business, you are not ready for this.
Your current employer says Accenture - are you a senior manager there at least, preferably an MD? You should have or get experience somewhere leading a practice, which includes bizdev, but also finance, hiring and firing, and other operational concerns outside of the core consulting work... before starting your own company where clients need you to deliver, employees need you to pay them, and you need to not bankrupt your family.
