starting salary for an internal (HR, corporate engagement) analyst role at goldman?

I’m currently a customer success analyst and have about 4 years solid experience in customer success, making $63k in SoCal. Since I’ve been successful for a few years now here, would I ask for a recalibration on salary due to experience to make sure I’m up to par? When I look for industry averages online, it’s all over the place. I’m n some results that’s low, some mid, and some high.

Started with the firm in April. What do you think is appropriate to ask for a raise at EOY? What's the average non promotion raises?
