Strategy Consultants 🐠- If you had to go back, would you have picked a different industry or focus area within strategy consulting? If so, what would it have been?

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

I joined the company 1 month after series A and I was told by my boss that employees get equity based on their future value to the company, not based on their success in the short term.
