Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
I recently interviewed with MITRE for a systems engineering role to make the move from Leidos where I feel underpaid for the work I do and for my experience ($85K). I have 4 YOE, a STEM degree, and soon will have a Masters Degree. I’m looking to make around $120K in the new role at Mitre. Does anyone have any insight into comp there? This would be in the DC metro area. Does $120K seem reasonable or am I dreaming?

It is really hard to get into S&. I reckon it's entirely through referrals. When I was interviewing I asked if I could interview with S&, and they wouldn't let me. Projects are also segregated.
P1: thanks for the insight. I didn't know that. I'm assuming it's the same for PwC as for Deloitte- if you're interviewing with Advisory they won't let you interview with Consulting, and vice versa.
D thanks for the tip. If I interview with D I will go go consulting.
Anyone from S& generous enough to take time and chat about the projects, and maybe sneak in a referral and get a referral bonus? ;)
P1: you always go with Consulting. Unless you're Cyber. Then you always go with Advisory
