Happened to me when I hit 3rd year manager. I was just so burnt out… I had been gunning it for 8 years without a break and the hours, travel, and crazy projects just wore me down. It reached the point where I was crying every day in the bathroom at the client. I was miserable. Talked to the partner and we brought in someone to backfill me, he fibbed on my roll off date so I had time to find something else (tried internal transfer and external options), I had my first ever time on the bench, and it was glorious. I did have one short project after that (in the south of France, so not bad) but I left Deloitte about a month into it for industry.

As a manager I regularly hold one on ones with my team to check in, to reassure them that this isn’t normal, to give them an opportunity to vent, then I highlight what they are doing that is great bc that is the only time positive feedback is shared. For myself, I focus on this being temporary and I focus on mentoring my team bc thats a highlight for me. My advice is to focus on the positives, remind yourself this is temporary and take some
time off from time to time and actually unplug. Good luck OP.
