Interviewing for PL/ EM roles respectively and while I’m tempted to ask for tenure to be added (8yoe currently) I’ve been advised not to and therefore looking for a full year of runway to perform and promote post joining. Our comp system is slightly complex so we know promotions Dec-Jan while bonuses are paid out late Feb-Early March (aka 2-3 months)
