Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

Hi everyone I am relocating to Hyderabad next month. Even though I look forward to meeting new people I can’t seem to ignore the fact that I will move away from family. My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. Sweet nose, but then a hit of savory spice on the tongue with an insanely long finish that is all cigar.

I wouldn’t drink this with a cigar, because you wouldn’t notice it, but it’s insane how much that finish lingers and mimics the mouth tingle after smoking a cigar.
