Why are you worried about getting retained in an *** *ole company who pay peanuts. Market is full of opportunities with great pay. Earn as much as possible as early you can, invest and secure your future. No company will pay for your lifetime.

So what are your seniors reaction upon whole team resigning.
Maybe they are also looking outside......the problem is ki tcs is given a very low salary...... People in my team have 10-11YOE and get 13-15LPA... And at the same time EPs are coming with 7YOE with 20LPA
There is no equality now in TCS......... And no further they are seeing, i know then many people who've been working for the last 10 years in TCS but they are uncertain about their future....... So they are looking outside and they are getting even 3X with counters and all......so people are motivated and resigned
