Hi All, I got a job offer from Maersk at Pune location. I have total 10 years and 8 months if work experience and they have offered me JL4. Anybody here can explain job hierarchy at Maersk? Title says senior engineer only. Also, what are the benefits @maersk? In terms of transportation, food, health, gym etc. Also do they provide tax benefits for bills like phone, driver, food coupons etc? Any information would be appreciated. On mail they are writing total CTC after revision but no breakup..that's why I fear that it may end up as elevate incentive which will vanish once I get a C

If you are not in your 50's, it's ok to leave TCS.
They offered me 60%hike with major portion being in wings 2 and some in other components.
When asked to send the break up ,they said corporate has not given them that.
Hence I rejected and tomorrow is LWD

Tell her share the fixed ctc letter first then I will revoke my resignation. If you want I will give it written that I will stay. I am not sure about other cases but can share mine. I have back to back A and first person from UK retail who cleared wings2 so I guess my case can also be treated as exception😂 I am holding an offer of 200% hike in ctc and 170% in fixed. I told them if you can give only 60% hike to my current fixed ctc I will stay but no response till now. My LWD is 7th January so please don't revoke your offer letter in any circumstances

I cleared the wings2 based on the courses in normal way. I got the email on 10th Oct that I have cleared and will get the incentive and I resigned on 12th october 😂😂😂😂 so they hold my incentive and didn't share the letter till now. I have to received any letter till now. No hr call as well because my account manager is trying hard to retain me. Yes project is very much dependent on me. They brought two 15+ resources as my back up but both are below average so they can't handle once I leave😂😂😂😂 God bless tcs and this project

Its similar tactics as saying will give you onsite opportunity, dont fall for it.

If you don't opt for onsite and expecting to get hike alone, then it's not a good option to stay in TCS.
Never revoke your resignation once submitted. Instead keep looking for more opportunities, you will get better.
