Does anyone else feel that calling some minority SA hires “diversity fellows” and the like is somewhat of a dog whistle? If top firms were really committed to DEI, wouldn’t they just hire more unrepresented SAs rather than making them advertise that they were hired as a part of some woke initiative?

Why are people so caught up in job title? Literally people have turned down jobs paying 2x their salary because job title is lower. Who cares!!!

Hey guys, so I want to start a "thing" where I am the middle person who connect candidates to the companies for hire. I do not want to provide contracts as I will not provide benefits. I just want to be the middle person. I have a network of people who are looking for some help in navigating what or how. I want to get them from point A to B. How would I monetize this? and how would I get the companies on board?
