Tech consultant turned IB analyst. We work mainly with small, closely held companies (3-10M EBITDA). What are my exit options?

There is a MS program in Data Science at CUNY SPS. I am considering to take that program or do the CFA. Does anyone have any insight about the program?

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY? Have personal financial goals that i need to reach for my family and thats why i started considering EY and D.

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I need help. I think I’m being underpaid at my job I’ve been at for 3 1/2 years. I’m a full time receptionist for a veterinary hospital but I also manage the reception area (I answer all questions and if someone makes a mistake I’m the one the fix it) and am an in house trained veterinary assistant but can do a techs job (unlicensed) and I do help the technicians out anytime they need and I’m only getting paid $13 an hour while a crew member at arbys gets paid $15 .
