How are you all determining the future cost of college and target levels of investment for 529 accounts? Having a hard time seeing how 100k for college in 15 years is realistic. Also don't know the right level of savings to target (50%? More?).

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
