The company I am working at right now is nice but they can’t afford to give out raises, and I am being severely underpaid. I need to find another job but I either get no response, get rejected, or only get replies from jobs that would be a step down in benefits from what I have now. I’m worried I won’t be able to move up in my field and am thinking about trying to go into HR. Does anyone have advice on my situation, and possible alternative routes I can take?

Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?

How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶.
