When you actually realize what’s happening, it will gross you out more than you think.
The targeting is perfect . But Rolling Stone is wrong. Gen Z is the ultimate goal, but isn’t the target.
Are they trying to reach the grandparents of Gen Z, maybe, so they talk to them about job prospects?
You nailed it. They’re trying to get elder millennial or Gen X parents to influence a decision.

Sounds like they targeted what people in middle America watch, so I don't see that as being such a bad idea. In any event, it sounds like some of the approach didn't work, so they've adapted in real time. The Pentagon is like any other brand, I suppose, you try it and if it doesn't work you just abandon that and move on to something else.
I think I’d go as far as it says that MrBeast probably isn’t the most effective way to hit Gen Z now maybe old Gen Z young millennials but no you think that they were trying to hit to recruit them. They would hire some Gen Z members to be on their marketing team, but it was definitely a bunch of boomers who thought Guy Fieri was too young to hip
Mr Beast ain’t for millennials.
Well that is certainly one strategy that you could use LOl but I am not sure why they thought these would be the right people to help them reach their target audiences.
