Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte
I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

I so agree 💯 percent. Make it make sense as to what it is you really want from us. We're trying to do everything correctly and it still not good enough. Companies nowadays will never be satisfied when it comes to anything we do. Nobody is perfect and unless you believe in unicorns and rainbows you're not always going to get the "perfect candidate". Why is that????? It's because there's no such thing as the "perfect candidate". That's just an illusion that doesn't exist.

I’ve been studying for interviews! I definitely agree with you it’s like what do you want. I’m in HR and to think I’d know what other HR teams are looking for has been a wide spectrum it’s very frustrating to say the least
