There was a time when I didn’t feel like living working in ZS. I hardly got the chance to talk to my family. I use to reach home at 10 p.m., eat dinner and then again work till 1am/ 2am. Employees in ZS don’t deserve this! They have a family and are human too. ZS should realise that you are paying the employees for work and not treat them as slaves.
