Below is my understanding at Deloitte,but others please correct me if you know of anything different for Commercial Consulting. I know titles will also be different across forms but should be able to match them up.

Level 1: Analyst - $80-90k
Level 2: Consultant: $90-110k
Level 3: Senior Consultant (post MBA): $140-165k
Level 4: Manager : $150-180k

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. I manage a junior developer that's been with the company for about 18 months. I end up providing them of TON of support. I need to give them extremely detailed instructions or they fail. For bugs, I need to point them to a specific function that's causing the bug. For new features, I'm basically writing their method signatures and defining their test cases.

I've tried asking them to do more on their own, but when I do, they fail spectacularly.
