Your ranges are a bit off. I’d put it up to 125/130, with SC starting around 105 at the bottom and going up to 165 as you have it. Then Manager I’d start around 120 and go up to 190, SM 145 and go up to 275. The ranges are huge and they overlap significantly, especially when you add in Specialist Master/SpL.
Confused on the manager range. If post MBA SC start at 160, where are they at next for Manager promotion?
First year managers this year are paid 156 but new SCs coming in make 160. The firm thinks that fair but it makes little sense in my opinion
Ranges are huge in every firm - some times as high as 100K or more between lower and higher ends of a level from manager onwards
EY Texas, IT audit:
Staff years: 55K-70K
Senior years: 70K - 85K
Manager years: 85K-120K
Senior Manager years: 120K - 180K
Range varies depending on experience, education, etc. but here is a rough guide
Yes - audit / assurance practices tend to be paid much less than business / management consulting practices in all Big 4
Should also say that new hires (senior consultant level) from campus MBA are making $160k
