Thinking about moving to Strategy from Tech Consulting. Any thoughts on work life balance and comp/benefits between Monitor Deloitte and EY-Parthenon?

I am currently a Senior Consultant at EY, so also wondering if internal transfer would reduce my chances to negotiate a higher salary while moving.

Can anyone give me honest feedback on what being a copywriter is like at FCB Health NY? I have an interview but looking on here all I see is *really* negative feedback, so I’m very apprehensive. Glassdoor has a lot of bad reviews too. I’m currently at a smaller agency and I like it, but getting the itch to move up in salary & have more opportunities to produce good work. Tempted by FCB for those reasons, but value work/life balance.

I'm currently a Scrum Master that is looking to make an exit! I have a new profound love for data! However when looking at the salary for data analytics, it appears that I would have to take a pay cut. I currently make 123k in the state of NC...any insight? I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
