It might be worth it to pay to have your resume professionally reviewed and revised. There are tons of freelance platforms that can help. With your experience, I don't see why you wouldn't at least get screened by a recruiter. Where are you applying? That could also be a factor.
It might make sense to try at a smaller company first to get some experience with that exact job title.
You may need to change the key words in your resume since you're adjusting your focus role.
Revisiting your resume and/or portfolio to switch up verbiage and gear the content to support getting a more business analyst role could help. A1 made a great suggestion in hiring someone to work your resume with you

I agree with the comments posted. If you're looking to switch up to a new or a totally different post or a position, you need to understand the demands of the new role and mould the present role's working so as to showcase that the previous and the new role have some things in common which in turn helps you in leading. Try to inculcate the new role's major keywords and important points in your resume so that when the system evaluates your doc, it has got the relevant things to push the application forward. Hope it helps.
A1 makes a VERY good point about professional resume rewrites. I thought it was overrated at first but ended up doing it when I was trying to switch fields etc - it made a HUGE difference. There's a lot of ways to reposition your experience as a consultant/advisor, but sometimes it's better for someone on the outside to take that and run with it because you can't always see yourself in that same light
