Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

I just started at Deloitte so cant speak too much to total benefits but for the phone you get $250 towards a phone (pretty heavily discounted. Just got the 11 pro for free through a sprint promo). So I used my $250 to get AirPod pros. Fitness subsidy is 50% off up to $500 I believe.
So jealous of your fitness subsidy
Perk the first: we don’t use Mercury. Admin, time entry, billing etc becomes the small task that it should be.
Everything else D1 hit on the head. Cell phone plan is paid for, $250 towards phone/accessories. Health reimbursement. 401k is the same as EY I think. 25% of up to 6% of salary.
Getting to keep your phone is pretty awesome. Assuming it’s a two year deal and then it’s paid off you can easily sell it for 350+ after that. Ey only giving you 60 a month is pretty garbage compared to deloitte and pwc
Deloitte 2 - you have sold me on that alone. Tell me more though
I second D5 on EY FSO technology! Former FSO Senior here who couldn’t stand using these “tools”.
