Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

For men, best attire will always be a suit no matter the interview. I strongly believe that even if you will never wear a suit on the job ever. Present your best self so you make the best first impression, literally no downsides to wearing a suit to any interview, virtual or in person!

Better to overdress the underdress. Most hiring managers recognize that you wouldn’t look like that every day. But I do think something like dress pants and a dress shirt is enough if it’s a company where you know most people wear a T-shirt and jeans.

Highly depends on the role. The days of putting on the monkey suit for engineering roles are long gone. Business casual is more than appropriate. For BAs and manager roles a suit is still the best attire.

Attire matters, but being well-prepared is key. I've been practicing coding questions and real interview scenarios on prachub.com, which helps more than just looking good.
