Free advice for agency executives reading this and I’m so glad this came up.
We did some quant research at my last consultancy on brand reputation for agencies. Out of 712 responses. The 2nd largest threat to your brand is posting JDs this far away from the median salary.
Respondents assumed first that the business was unstable, and second that your leadership was inexperienced.
But the most interesting insight is that when we came back six months later, the agencies that were underpaying for positions had the highest recall, all negative.
Tl;dr do not do this.
