I was on VISA and therefore I could not jump as I had wanted, my base compensation journey from Y1-Y8 has been: 68k, 72k, 80k, 88k, 104k, 120k, 122k, 132k. Now I just got an offer with base of 160k. If I start the job hopping cycle now (like 1 year job), is it realistic to get to 220k base and 250k TC in about 2-3 years?
Job stability and WLB is pretty good especially now since half the company is in federal work. Pay is pretty competitive if you're a new hire. DM me if you need a referral. National Security and Health sectors are among the strongest.
Lot of complaints about some IT changes and benefits changes, but overall happy with my team and leadership.

You get paid well if you come from a consulting background. The work is not challenging at all. Usually there is stability, but will say the leadership is pathetic and not transparent. I'd steer clear to be honest.

G3 how long have you been at GH? I worked there for 2 years and I just left. I totally agree with Gh2
Heading there next week
Pay was like a 20% increase
That’s awesome! How was the interview process?
Been here just under a year.
Pay is good, steady stream of work, colleagues are good, growing pains from the merger but it operates like a start up in many ways. Room to grow and tons of training. Not too much travel but it's there if you want it.
The sectors are really different but DM me if you wanna talk healthcare sector.
