If I start a full-time position as a Product Engineer, what salary should I expect within the Metro-Detroit Area?

I was on VISA and therefore I could not jump as I had wanted, my base compensation journey from Y1-Y8 has been: 68k, 72k, 80k, 88k, 104k, 120k, 122k, 132k. Now I just got an offer with base of 160k. If I start the job hopping cycle now (like 1 year job), is it realistic to get to 220k base and 250k TC in about 2-3 years?

I have been working in a company for 9 years and recently changed it and joined another one.
But now feeling like this was a wrong switch.

Work culture is not at all good, from the 1st day itself I am working like hell here.
Working for 12 hours is normal here. People are asked to stretch there hours (not a request)

Once in a while stretching is fine but daily working for 12+ hours is killing me.
No work life balance.
