Those of you with parents/grandparents that are older and starting to have health issues, who is taking care of them and staying on top of medications and appointments? Currently struggling with my older in laws who don’t have anyone in their house and my spouse and I are the closest to them but still 45 min drive away.

Curious what others are doing, especially those of you from immigrant households where assisted living and retirement homes aren’t the norm.

Ethics Q: my client created fruaduant medical documents in order to try to recover extra benefits from her injury. My thought is to settle her case with insurance company for whatever nominal amount is offered ASAP. However, this might be lower than her case is actually worth despite the the fruad. I would rather end representation as soon as possible. Thoughts? California ethics apply.

Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.

My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
