Unpopular opinion: but if I could do it again, I would not have a wedding party. I would have invited friends to a bachelorette and to get ready with me in the morning instead, while cutting them loose from having to buy a certain dress/get hair and makeup done/have to come to a rehearsal dinner/have to stand up with us. What I wanted was time with my friends, not to burden my friends.
Agree, in hindsight I would’ve done this. Having a group I was worried about keeping everyone happy and entertained all morning when I could’ve been more present and spent time without the pressure of trying to coordinate so many people and parts that go with it.

I haven’t had my wedding yet, but I was in the same situation as you. I was overwhelmed at the thought of having to get transportation, flowers, a rehearsal dinner, etc. for that many people. Instead, I’m just having a MOH, and then everyone else is going to be a wedding VIP. I will have special seating for them at the ceremony and give the women wrist corsages. I also asked the women to wear the same color (navy), and we are still going to do a special picture time with them. But this way they can save on a dress potentially and don’t have to come to the rehearsal and such. I consider it a win/win.
We have 9 and 9, which is tough but as long as nobody is problematic you should be fine
I had a very big wedding party and I loved it. I wouldn't change it for a thing.
