Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
Thoughts?

I came into healthcare wanting to feel good about what I did for work, helping somebody and really seeing something coming out of it. The move into leadership was me wanting to really help the system, but that is easier said than done and it leaves me feeling a little hopeless in terms of what I can’t do.
Nice reminder that healthcare leaders also have moral burden -not just front line - from how our healthcare systems fail us. Nice to see a leader that cares and you can only do what you can do.
I have been working in healthcare for over 10 years and I am very interested in process improvement and change management. I used to be a Medical Assistant and now desire a leadership role. I have also completed my masters degree.
