Those are more like sales and/or data entry roles than legal and would probably be a detour if anything unless you don't want to be a lawyer anymore (which is fine). Is there a reason you would want to work there?

As commercial counsel specifically! Seems like they work with high growth startups

I think I confused this with Norm AI, but I'm going to say Crosby is arguably worse. Their posting is basically describing contract review.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

How far do you require depts be with negotiating commercial contract terms before your legal review? I’m talking routine low value and risk contracts (e.g., vendor services), where Legal terms won’t kill the deal. My clients blindly forward contracts.
