Thoughts on going in house early? I am just under a year in practice coming from a midsize data privacy firm. I received an offer for a bigger law firm and the in house recruiter said I should be expecting an offer for a privacy counsel role at a fintech company. I’ve obviously never worked in house and think I would prefer it. Any idea on outcomes if I want to move to other in house roles later or back to a firm?
