I have about 8 years of accounting experience and have been at Morgan Stanley for the past 5 years. I currently do AML Enhanced Due Diligence work on their GFC Advisory team. I love the what I do, I just want to get some experience at another company.
I also care deeply about D&I and am leader on the Black Employee Network Steering Committee at Morgan. Is anybody hiring either AML or Internal Audit Profesionals?

I am mainly working with shops in the States as a non-native speaker and I am constantly worried about my ability to communicate (in any professional occasion but mostly in meetings). I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication. What do you do when there’s absolutely nothing going on at work? The projects I’m working on are all in production, and I’ve raised my hand several times about taking on new work, but there’s nothing right now. Don’t get me wrong, the down-time is nice…but I’m hungry to make stuff.
